Introduction :
Our Creasing and Die Cutting Machine is an indispensable piece of post press and laminating equipment which is widely used for die cutting, and increasing of adhesive sticker,carrier bag,book cover,packing box, greeting cards,desk calendars, corrugated carton,paper cup,non-woven,foil film cup,PVC box , PP folder, etc .It can effectively cut the desired material into large numbers of the sample shape
Process:
Upload the plate →adjust the pressure→confirm size→try test die cutting→official die cutting and creasing→finished product cut to sheet
Feature:
1. SCM-MQ series automatic die cutting creasing machine adopts Ormon PLC control, Taiwan touch screen and Emergency Stop relay, which makes the operation much more stable and reliable.
2. Adopting rotating encoder, and can display the dynamic state of each direction of the machine, which make the maintenance much easier. Meanwhile, the encoder signal can be used for speed inspection, making the running much more correct.
3. Main terminal box is mounted on the wall of the driving side, saving space. And switch off automatically when the door of the terminal box is opened.
4. There is counting function, and the number can be preset. When the sheets quantity reaches the set number, the pneumatic pump stop running, now can insert a slip of paper, then press the button of pneumatic pump to make it working continuously.
5. Optimize the rail of the gripper bar, making it suitable for high speed running.
6. Adopting 230 degree interval, ensures higher precision.
7. Adopting Renold Chain as the gripper bar chain, improving the machine's reliability.
8. Improving the strength of the side pulling lay, lengthen the life of the quick-wear parts.
9. Improving the speed variable mechanism, makes the paperboard location much more accuracy, make it suitable for both cardboard and corrugated paperboard.
10. Newly designed die frame, improving the die cutting accuracy and making it convenient to load and unload the die.
11. Electrically adjust the pressure, and the parameters can be displayed on the touch screen.
12. Pneumatic locking, improving die cutting precision.
